Maurice, I saw you also posted this very question last week. What you could do is to create a database-level integration with the SugarCRM database. Instructions for this are in the OTRS manual: http://doc.otrs.org/2.3/en/html/x1638.html#db-customer-backend
You might want to create a view on top of SugarCRM to convert datatypes if needed.
