Hi Nadeem, the 'tmp' directory in /opt/otrs/var and its subdirectories should chmod'ed to 777.
Do you have used the SetPermission.sh script? (see http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/doc/doc-admin/2.3/en/html/x414.html) If not, please do so.
