This is how I did it,
works for Oracle on a remote server
$Self->{DatabaseDSN} =
"DBI:Oracle:sid=$Self->{Database};host=$Self->{DatabaseHost};port=1521;";

We have installed OTRS 2.3.3 and its DB is installed on remote server & it
is running on Port tcp/3307 . My question is that where I need to mention
port for DB connectivity in Config.pm . Please let me know if you have query
on this.
