Hi there, Do you mean the address that is used by OTRS as the 'from' address? You define that in Admin -> Email Addresses: http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/x1165.html
Also, probably you'd want to fetch emails from a mailbox to feed into OTRS.
