Please can help me to understand the features provided by "Config Options: Ticket -> Core::TicketFreeText" ? I'm trying to define user fields /fields values depending by other fields already filled in the ticket form (linked field values) For example: If the Filed "Product" is filled with the value "Product A" the filed "System" should display only the following list of values "System1" , "System 2" If the Filed "Product" is filled with the value "Product B" the filed "System" should display only the following list of values "System3" , "System 4" I tried to configure this behavior using * TicketFreeKey * TicketFreeText Thank you in advance for your help .
