Hi, as it was already mentioned few days ago when i first asked bout ITSM module for OTRS 2.4.1 it was said that ITSM 1.2 isn't compatible with OTRS 2.4.1, and i believe it still isn't so like many of us, you have to wait for the next ITSM module version to be annonced :-(
