Just checking my GenericAgent settings. I now get this warning: Warning! This tickets will be removed from the database! This tickets are lost! Delete tickets = NO is there something wrong here? or do you get this warning whatever the setting is? Also, I get this: Currently this generic agent job will not run automatically. To enable automatic execution select at least one value from minutes, hours and days! Do I need to modify settings that worked in 2.3.4? has something changed here? this is for a job that I want to run every 10 minutes, so I didn't select any hour or days, just all the minutes settings.
