Hi,

Which version of OTRS. Which file have you changed?

OTRS ITSM 1.3.1
in file: /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/css.dtl



default setting was a background-color value #003399
if i switch to #ffffff it should turn into white from darkblue

but it does not work for me...

this part: body { font-family:Geneva,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:11pt;background-color:#ffffff;color:black; }
