So it looks like if there is an embedded or linked image in the HTML email, OTRS strips it out and displays the rest of the email as plain-text and attaches any inline images.

Subject: Re: [otrs] 2.4.4 HTML It's supposed to be automatic. Fro me, most emails are shown in HTML. But some are still shown as text, with the HTML as a file attachment. So there's some issues with HTML still. Try sending emails from different sources. Maybe it doesn't like the HTML you're sending it. _____ From: otrs-boun...@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-boun...@otrs.org] On Behalf Of Nathan Campbell Sent: 21 September 2009 21:47 To: User questions and discussions about OTRS. Subject: [otrs] 2.4.4 HTML I'm sure this is really easy and I am just missing it - I am having trouble finding an option to view tickets in HTML format in OTRS. Everything is being converted to text and I would like it be HTML (for formatting, inline images, styles, etc...). I was under the impression that 2.4.4 allowed this. Will keep browsing the manual.
