Where in OTRS 2.4.5's SysConfig can I find the Subject field for the bulk action replies? I would like to populate it so I don't have to type in something each time I make a bulk ticket action. I've gone through everything I can think of with no success.

Hello Ron, I don't think that this is changeable by SysConfig, otherwise you would find it under Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewBulk as Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketBulk###Subject. But I guess one could modify AgentTicketBulk.dtl to prefill the text field.
