Hi there, I have examples where agents copy html from internal softwares and paste (part of screen) in a ticket ...
The paste is done but is not as perfect as in Word for example. Is there a way to parameter this? For example in the paste I have the table with the text, some pictures But I don't have ALL pictures (for examples icons are not taken) and I don't have colors in the table ...
