The blank field is also not created on my system. Apart from the "SysConfig" Issue everything is working fine and smooth. Maybe it's possible to create the field in the OTRS-Home/Kernel/Config/Files ZZZAAuto.pm and ZZZAuto.pm files?!

But when I change any value in the SysConfig and I restart the IIS afterwards, the values are accepted.
