That almost works...Except I only need it Monday-Friday mornings. I'm going to 
use a cron job I think. Thanks for the suggestion though. I hadn't even 
considered using generic agents that way.

You could create a generic agent that opens up said ticket every day. Thus 
you'd have just one ticket for the task, but this could be an advantage too, 
depending on what the task implies.
