Hi Claudio,
You define your defaul language by copying the following lines from to
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm to /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm
# default language
# (the default frontend language) [default: en]
$Self->{DefaultLanguage} = 'en';
Where 'en' is your desired default language
