Hi, Is it possible to get otrs using Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketNumber=XXXXXXX instead Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=YYYY&ArticleID=ZZZZZ&QueueID=J ? There are some practical reasons make me the life easier if I could manage it somehow. Thank you in advance!
