After accidently browsing away from my current OTRS ticket (that took me close to 30 minutes to write) and desperatly trying to hit the back button only to discover that my text had gone, I was wondering if there's a module or if it's possible to enable an autosave feature on tickets while I write them?
Is there such a module avavailable? Cheers, Andy
