I guess I've been out of the loop on this thread - what were the troubles going on with upgrading to 3.0? I am running a Windows setup and didn't have much trouble upgrading.
Win 2008x64 IIS7 SQL 2005 I just ran the installation file - skipped the web based setup, ran the update SQL scripts, copy and pasted my old config.pm settings and was up and running in less than 30mn.
