Hi Sudhir, As far as monitoring systems (which I suspect EMS and BMC to be), they can integrate into OTRS using the SystemMonitoring plugin, I think. It works fine with Nagios.
Generally, depending on what you want to do, any system can integrate into OTRS as long as it can send mails. The OTRS database is completely open too, so any system can access it and do stuff. Expect to create all these integrations by yourself or employing somebody to do it.
