Hi Thorsten,

I guess you should really try and log in to the POP3 and IMAP mailboxes that
you've configured in OTRS. It's likely that some script or some spammer
created an invalid email with which OTRS has trouble fetching. This mail
will probably still be present in the box; if you move it out of the way;
and you won't have the issue any longer.

Usually however, OTRS would still be able to process mail, even if it's
invalid. You can submit the mail to http://bugs.otrs.org and then we'll see
what we can do making OTRS more robust in this case.
