Helle, All the directories where I can find DBI.pm contains in attachement. The directories that OTRS try to find DBI.pm are ... /usr/local/perl/lib/5.10.0/i686-linux /usr/local/perl/lib/5.10.0 /usr/local/perl/lib/site_perl/5.10.0/i686-linux /usr/local/perl/lib/site_perl/5.10.0
I used "ln" to connect these directories but I didn't succeed. "ln -s /usr/local/perl/lib/ /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/" The "link" is not correct? Or I should not do this way?
