Try checking that the Cron service is set to automatic and started in Windows. In our system it seems that fresh updates on the Windows box kills the cron service and doesn't automatically restart it.
Control Panel > Administrator Tools > Services "Hi, We have been using otrs 2.4 and migrated to clean install 3.08 last week. When I used the web installer and finished the configuration, pop3 mails does not get automatically fetched. (pop3 mail goes to selected queue). I checked the crond jobs but couldn't find anything wrong. Is there anyone who faced with the same issue?
