[otrs] Ignore a specific error log

Hello good morning, I'm doing the customization of OTRS 3.0.9 to 
implement in my workplace, in the process I have seen the need to change 
some things in the pack FAQ, but after doing so, the system detects such 
errors in the files changes. How I can prevent this from happening?
