Your cell phone isn't trying to connect to 192.168.1.13. If your exchange
server isn't listening on that IP address, you won't connect. Troubleshoot
by trying to telnet/putty from the otrs box to 192.168.1.13:110 (port 110).
If you can't connect, neither can OTRS.
