Do you need remove an agent or a customer ?

For an agent is a bit difficult, because in OTRS you can put an agent 'not
active' but you can't cancel him.
A definitive delete, requires access the OTRS DB and delete by hand the
account if no ticket or change (for ITSM) is
assigned to him.
