I checked it and it looks like you need to add the following
use Kernel::System::FAQ
the rpc file to use the faq items, if i am correct.
I found also this but this is from 2.0 and not 3.0:

I think however it should be relatively easy to expand it to other modules: I
think you just need to add the new objects (you can just look at how the faq
loads itself up, and include those objects as well). Of course it might not
work if there's some other requirement for the SOAP module that I'm unaware of.
