Hi, We're running OTRS 2.4.7 currently. I need to export all names and email adresses from tickets (from senders) in 2 different OTRS folders/mailboxes.
The csv file needs to be in the following format: name, email Are there any plugins for OTRS that can do this or can someone give me some input on how to do this the best way? Thanks! Andy
