Hi,
I'd like to have a notification sent to the agent(s) when freetime1 is
less than today. I looked at the generic agent, but it doesn't allow
rules based on freetext/freetime fields.
Is there a workaround I haven't though of?
Is it different with dynamic fields in 3.1?
