OTRS 3.1.2 on SLES11 SP2. We need to make the URI a little friendlier for our
customers. Http://domain.tld/otrs/customer.pl, customers are complaining about
"remembering" that long address. We would prefer something like
http://helpdesk.domain.tld or at least http://domain.tld/helpdesk. I have been
trying the following :
http://forums.otterhub.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=9329
The problem is, we have a main site that sits at http://domain.tld and
following the above link redirects that main site to the customer login page.
We also have a number of resources in folders inside the main site root
(http://domain.tld/(whatever). These also break when using the above link. Can
someone help get the URI to either http://helpdesk.domain.tld or
http://domain.tld/helpdesk?
