Florian's correct about the db errors, but: >all the ticket received by mail are deleted from my POP3 account but not appears in the OTRS queues. they're probably sitting in spool, and your otrs System Log will tell you why. Most likely, it's because you renamed your default state and didn't tell SysConfig Postmaster default state, or something like that.
