You will initially see all agents for which they have chosen the current
queue as one of their "My Queues". By default, if I recall correctly, if
you don't choose an owner, the owner is the submitter of the ticket.

Which basically means the same as if you didn't choose a type.

No, because agents are not members of queues. Agents are members of
(potentially multiple) groups. A queue is a member of exactly one group,
though multiple queues can be members of the same group. There is no
practical way to do as you request for this.
