I solved a similar problem outside of OTRS with Apaches RewriteURL
directive for the CSS. That won't change the name though.

With this solution it should be easy to user different URLs (Names),
Images and CSS.
Otherwise the hint from Gerald Young using Themes would be the right
(and better) way if you are using only one Name.
