were to need to call. I haven?t seen it on any local media.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to get things resolved quick
enough that they didn't need to release notice to the media. -- I
assume that a clock is ticking.
I suspect that there would be a BUNCH of people that would test and turn
into a thundering herd that could itself overwhelm a system on a good day.
