You just quoted EXACTLY WHAT I ALREADY QUOTED, and did not answer the 
question it, and I raised: HOW DO YOU ACQUIRE THAT non-emergency PSAP
number, which they go out of their way NOT TO GIVE OUT?

If that's the best you can do, go to your quarters.  Send me your sword.

I've been pretty tolerant of you over the years, but it's been a stretch.

Do your damn homework before telling me something I'd just told you.
