Starting to clear up here. Was seeing CenturyLink staring with packetloss
>30% and then saw the same on L3 and Cogent. Internet Pulse also notes
multiple points with problems. Just started seeing issues about 30 minutes
ago, so not sure it's related - or very delayed reaction... ;)
