I started seeing, at about 1:15pm EDT, about 60% packet loss across our TWTelecom (now part of Level(3)) Internet access. It appears to be a larger event impacting much of their network.
I have a ticket open with them and have shut down my connection to them (which, alas, means I cannot get traceroutes and the like, but it was pretty widespread).
