I started seeing, at about 1:15pm EDT, about 60% packet loss across our
TWTelecom (now part of Level(3)) Internet access.  It appears to be a
larger event impacting much of their network.

I have a ticket open with them and have shut down my connection to them
(which, alas, means I cannot get traceroutes and the like, but it was
pretty widespread).

I'm asking L(3) if there is any sort of master ticket with them, but have
not received an answer on that, yet.
