Off-net provider has narrowed down the issue between Lincoln Road and Francis Ave on Crestline Street in Spokane, WA Latest update: The offnet provider advised all crews are onsite and are working on splicing the fiber at this time. Appears the damage was caused by animals chewing into the fiber. It is a 72 count fiber, no ETR has been provided.
