I just checked a url that one of our customers reported yesterday and it looks fine right now from their looking glass, no crazy routing like yesterday(Chicago->Kanas City->Denver->Salt Lake->Seattle->Tokyo->Hong Kong->SIN->LAX->las vegas for data center.). So if they are having an issue it may be on a different router than yesterday.
Yesterday cogent told me the issue was on LAX4.
