Telia is experiencing an outage in Ashburn this morning:
This case has been escalated internally and externally in order to increase visibility for faster resolution. Troubleshooting continues, no ETR yet Wed, 25 Oct 2017 17:24:30 : Technicians are being dispatched to both sides of the fault at once. Troubleshooting is ongoing, awaiting an ETR Wed, 25 Oct 2017 16:04:42 : Technicians found we are not receiving any lights from Reston in Ashburn in our transmission link. They will continue with their troubleshooting. We suspect there is an issue with a patch cord or the external fiber cable. The investigation is on-going. Unfortunately, there is no ETR available at the moment. We will keep you posted. Wed, 25 Oct 2017 15:07:59 : The technicians have arrived to Ashburn site. We have opened a ticket to involve our providers on this case. Unfortunately, there is no ETR at the moment. We will keep you posted.
