Anyone seeing any weird issues out of Southern CA?

I have 9 sites in Southern California that keep getting disconnected from an 
app hosted in Azure. Can hit it from anywhere else with no issues, even my 
northern CA locations.

All sites are using Viptela and the one thing in common is they all have a 
Verizon link.
