In my experience it has been helpful to say, hey, Cisco.com is down for me in the Chicago area. Is anyone else experiencing this?
This way you keep list bloat down to a certain geographical area and can get more accurate information to and from the community. Just my two cents and I hope it keeps list abuse down to a minimum.
