Kentucky, and their main Enterprise support numbers, 800-600-5050 and 
844-946-2662 aren’t working from AT&T. I was able to get an auto-attendant with 
Windstream Wholesale 866-375-6040, but I’ve been listening to music for about 
20 minutes. Welp, I just got disconnected from that queue.
