Hi Terry!

I've just found a new (to me) site : <http://www.laptop.com.au/> Now,
don't get your hopes too high, they're a PC shop, but they do have
parts ... they have HD's listed:

4 GB HDD (IBM/TOSHIBA/FUJITSU) $110
6 GB HDD (IBM/TOSHIBA/FUJITSU) $125
10 GB HDD (IBM/TOSHIBA/FUJITSU) $199
20 GB HDD (IBM/TOSHIBA/FUJITSU) $275
30 GB HDD (IBM/TOSHIBA/FUJITSU) $350

It's not clear if they are 2.5" drives or not, but they most likely are.

Also check out eBay, there are some laptop drives going now ... 10Gb
for $50, 18Gb for $91 and both have 8 hours to go.

My preference for a main drive (i.e. for your primary working system)
is to go with a new drive, but then again I bought a 2Gb secondhand
5.25" drive in the mid nineties that I used for years ...

Applebits:
$210 -- 10Gb IBM Diablo 4200rpm
$270 -- 20Gb IBM IBM Cascade 4200rpm
$330 -- 30Gb IBM IBM Cascade 4200rpm
$390 -- 40Gb IBM IBM Cascade 4200rpm

Techwatch:
Hitachi 10Gb 2.5" Adelong Computers $175.00
Hitachi 20Gb 2.5" Umart Online (NSW) $157.00
Hitachi 30Gb 2.5" SecretNet $202.50
Hitachi 40Gb 2.5" SecretNet $248.50
Hitach 60Gb 2.5" SecretNet $411.00

Guess I should be adding some links to my page then :-)
