Hi Outbackers,
I have run into a strange problem. I have a G4 400 running OS 10.3.It is left on to run 24-7, and has been for a couple of months. Up until yesterday, it had 2 Epson USB printers attached that were being printer shared to 3 other networked macs. Then one of it's firewire drives vanished (?) and a reboot was needed. After it came back up, only one of the shared printers could be seen and had the jobs queue "Stopped" on all shared machines, but was fine to print locally. A few more reboots later, and no shared printers to be seen, but all appear fine locally.
I have turned all the appletalk/sharing/directory settings off and on on all the macs involved (which I've noticed sometimes banishes networking ghosts), but no luck. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
