strange you should mention this... I'm wondering whether I can somehow make one 'better' iMac out of a slot loading 350Mhz (no firewire) that goes OK and a much later slot loading one (600-700Mhz one) that has the failed analog board... could the 350Mhz analog board go in the later machine? the other thing might be the swap of the CDR drive for the plain CD drive in the iMac.... hmmmm - not sure if its worth the effort... regards Jerome -- Outback Mac is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Outback Mac list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/obmac.shtml> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:outback.mac@mail.maclaunch.com> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/outback.mac%40mail.maclaunch.com/> iPod Accessories for Less at 1-800-iPOD.COM Fast Delivery, Low Price, Good Deal www.1800ipod.com
