APPLICATION SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER * Review functional requirements and design specifications * Develop test strategies and methodologies * Execute test plans and test cases * Conduct all phases of software testing, including: user testing, application testing, integration testing, system testing, usability testing, acceptance testing and regression testing * Verify results on supported platforms * Enter and track defects * Prioritize bug fixes and release management in coordination with Product Development and Engineering * Work closely with developers in defect resolution and troubleshooting Requirements * 5-6 years of overall IT experienc * 4+ years of hands-on software QA testing for applications with a rich user interfac * 2+ years of User Experience based testing * Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle * Excellent sense of usability and information architecture * Organized and process oriented * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work virtually with off- site personnel * Creative and self-directing Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Introduce business in 3800 cities.
