Remedy ARS Developer Location: Redwood City, CA Duration: 3 Month Contract Responsible for designing, developing & troubleshooting ARS solutions. Skills needed: * Strong experience on workflows/MSSQL. * Strong experience writing reports using Crystal Reports. * Development and enhancement experience with BMC Remedy version 6.x or 7.x AR System and Customer Support 5.6 * Review current architecture/design and suggest improvements. * Experience with reverse engineering ARS solutions. * Experience building additional workflows on the AR System. * Experience integrating Remedy AR System with Third party applications. * Knowledge of Sql Server 2000/2005 Database. * Familiarity and experience with BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite. * Train internal developers how to support the existing solution. * Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with both technical and business oriented individuals.
