Kindly reply more resume to [email protected] Title: Mainframe /Cobol developer with Futures, Options, and FX, Professional Day Length: 9.0 hours Contract Duration: 2 Months Payable Rate Range: $400/day on C2C all inclusive Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Phone and inperson Minimum Requirements: mainframe f/x futures options Mainframe Developer - Mainframe Developer Position Description: - Mainframe COBOL programmer/developer * Broadridge BPS/BPSa, TMS or ITS experience preferred. * Some Excel experience required, not development but use skills. * JCL, SyncSort , other generic mainframe tools * Knowledge of CICS, hands on experience not required * Ability to generate code from specifications * Distributed skills a plus (UNIX, Windows) Specific Responsibilities: * Develop one-off programs for data extracts requested for counterparty. * Package output for consumption back to requestor * Organize and manage requests in and out. Provide estimates of delivery Technical Skills required: * Familiarity with Futures, Options, and FX, and exposure to any of the systems that handle the settlements of these business, especially RISC (i.e., Rolfe & Nolan, now ION Trading). * Familiarity with Ransys (i.e., Rolfe &Nolan, now ION Trading), GMI (i.e., SunGard product), or applications equivalent to RISC (see above) that would allow the person to have the necessary business and technical concepts or exposure required to support requests for RISC data.
