Along with general IT operational technologies such as Control-M job scheduler and general Windows server management. *Responsibilities:* Responsible for complex business/systems analysis, requirements gathering, programming, and/or systems administration tasks. Primary Accountabilities include: Create, support, modify, and maintain moderately complex systems and programs and project documentation; Perform complicated business analysis, systems design systems administration tasks, and/or programming; Frequent interaction with outside organizations; Represent work group to resolve system and project technical issues; Work as member of project teams to provide expertise on customer systems and processes; Provide occasional functional and technical guidance to junior team members and peers.
