BA or BS in business, health care or related field. Must Requirements: · Understand a wide range health care processes and business expertise including knowledge of healthcare issues, workflows, applications, policies, and standards. · Minimum of 3 years of information strategic technologies experience working on Web Development, Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP and Revenue Cycle driven programs and requirements. · Proven ability to access and analyze customer requests; advanced level software knowledge in software tools such as Captivate, Excel, Access, etc.; critical-thinking and analysis skills; proven history of exceptional customer service; advanced level communications and organizational skills. · Prefer consultants with 2+ years of healthcare experience. · Must know how to document business requirements and functional requirements. · Must know how to document gaps and conduct gap analysis. Heavy interaction with business clients. · Will be assigned to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) project. Experience with GRC software products required. Experience working with Corporate Risk Identifications required. Must have: -5 years Heavy user interface. -5 years Creation of business and functional requirement documentation. -5 years Creation of test plan, test strategy, use cases -5 years Excellent oral and written communication -3 years Creation of gap analysis. -1 year Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) vendor software products.
