*Role: Project Manager* *Location: Dallas, TX* *Term: 6+ month assignment Pay Rate: $52.00/hour CORP to CORP*** This position is more of a glorified Administrative Assistant with Project Specialist skills, and who has worked on Accounting Projects; hence the need for GAAP, FAS, FIN and SOX standards. They also may have previously been an Accountant with Admin skills and Project skills. * * *Required Skills: * 4-9 Years of financial industry (mortgage or GSE preferred) experience * 4+ Yrs. Ability to manage, coordinate and guide a project team * Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics or related field * Yes Excellent planning skills using industry planning applications * Post-graduate degree desired * Yes Professional certification(s) desired * Yes *Strong knowledge of GAAP, FAS, FIN and SOX standards* * *Qualifications * Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Real estate or equivalent 8 years of related experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must be able to correlate varied data related to a servicer's performance, draw accurate conclusions, make recommendations, and persuade the appropriate partners to support ideas Must exercise intellectual honesty and influencing skills by identifying and presenting information and/or data in ways that are persuasive to others Must be able to execute and delegate deliverables to ensure that timelines and results are achieved by holding self and others accountable & skills.
